Sugar Mountain Ski Resort
Eighteen slopes and trails spread over 115 skiable acres and a 1,200' vertical drop provide all levels of skiing. Summer lift service will be available again this year. This is great to just see the sites, or ride the lifts up and your Mountain bike down--if you dare! Be sure to check out this site for driving directions, conditions and other useful info!

Beech Mountain Ski Resort
Located high in the mountains of Western North Carolina, in the Town of Beech Mountain, since 1967 Ski Beech redefines southern skiing as the highest ski resort in Eastern North America, at 5506 ft. above sea level. With 15 slopes and 10 lifts, Ski Beech has terrain for the beginner all the way to the seasoned expert.

Appalachian Ski Mountain
